Slim tips?
Hi!
I am very new to join this forum. My name is Abbott my age is 25 and height is 5.5. I am over weight my current weight is 71 kg. My goal weight is 60 kg. I do the exercise daily but can't get the good results. If any body have a any tips how to reduce the weight? Please share with me. I shall be very thankful to you.

Hi Guys....
I would be pleased to post here slim tips here .
Avoid from foods that contain fats
Drink Fruit juices , Green tea and water
Must take exercise daily
