I am seriously thinking of starting running at 7 am, i am not really comfortable with it  but i havent focus on cardio since i got back to the gym 2 month ago, i am 165 lbs trying to reach 175 lbs... but my legs are not cooperating. would that make me loss more weight, if i go to the gym after that cardio routine.
